Access to our facilities is provided via access codes, which will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed. The same applies to room entry.
The check-out process is also self-service. Upon expiration, your access code will automatically stop working for room entry.

PARKING
The hotel offers complimentary parking for guests. Please note that parking is not available for buses or oversized tour vehicles.

SOLÁRIUM TERRACE AND AMENITIES
We feature two family hot tubs (capacity: up to 8 people each) and one for couples.
Hot tub fee & booking: The fee is 30,000 COP per room (or group of up to 6 people). Hot tubs must be reserved 2 hours in advance (subject to availability).
Guests have access to a 9-hole mini-golf course and a mini-soccer court. Please reserve these amenities via our service WhatsApp.
